This website is provided via Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP addresses and metadata as a processor to ensure the delivery of the website and to ward off attacks.

3. Contact Form and Email Dispatch (Resend)
If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your details (name, email address, company/organization if provided, engagement type, and message) will be processed to handle the inquiry.
For the technical dispatch of notification emails, we use the service Resend (Resend Inc., 2261 Market St #4038, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA). Resend acts as a technical service provider (processor). Your data is only used for the purpose of transmitting the message to us and is not used for marketing purposes or passed on to third parties.
4. Reach Measurement (Cloudflare Web Analytics)
To understand how this website is used in aggregate (for example page views and referrers), we may use Cloudflare Web Analytics.
Cloudflare Web Analytics is designed as a privacy-oriented measurement tool. According to Cloudflare, it does not use client-side cookies for analytics and is intended to provide aggregated statistics rather than cross-site advertising profiles. The analytics beacon is loaded from Cloudflare infrastructure when a site token is configured.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in understanding the reach and technical quality of this website). No marketing profiling is performed for advertising networks.

5. No Marketing Cookies and Local Asset Hosting
This website is designed to be privacy-friendly:
- No marketing cookies: We do not use advertising cookies or third-party marketing pixels (for example Google Analytics or Meta Pixel).
- Self-hosted fonts: Fonts and icons (for example Material Symbols) are loaded locally. There is no connection to Google Fonts.
- Local CSS/JS assets: Site styles and interface scripts are provided from this site (or our host), not from marketing CDNs.
